SUMMER CAMP DETAILS:
- Attire for dance camp is t-shirt and shorts. Each dancer receives one (1) PSID Camp T-shirt that should be worn on Friday of the week for performance day.
- Dancers who have soft shoes should bring them to camp.
- Dancers new to Irish dance are not required to have the soft shoes for camp and can dance in socks, ballet or jazz shoes (if they have them). If you’d like to purchase soft shoes before camp, there will be an opportunity to come in and get fitted for shoes and poodle socks.
- All girls hair must be pulled back into a ponytail/bun and secured off their face.
- Snack is provided by PSID and will be allergy friendly for all dancers.
- Dancers are required to bring their own lunch. PSID is a peanut & tree nut free studio, so no lunches can contain those items. If any other allergies need to be considered, we will communicate that to registered families.
- Drop off is from 9-9:30am.
- Pick up is from 1-1:15pm.
- Each day, there will be appropriate dances taught to dancers who are new to Irish dance and who have previous dance experience. Dance classes will be tailored to where each dancer is level wise, so everyone gets to learn something new.
